Hey Marcus, thanks for responding
I see, well that's a shame, hopefully word gets passed around or something to
let the forum devs know there ARE still people interested in the project
I'm already aware the guys work at their own pace, which honestly,
I'd say is a good thing
I share sentiment for why they do as, well...
I'm on my way to ripping the Linux kernel apart into being a micro-kernel.
I'm sick of all the crap that was added like BPF which couldn't be a bigger
security hole next to dbus and all access control daemons like polkit or acl.
So yeah, I took interest in SliTaz because I read somewhere they shared the same
interests for a security-oriented kernel, and I wanted to take that the
next step towards being kernel-only boot (no init) to user-level WM (initially
wanting to load that all into RAM with anything after being AppImages), but
after ripping apart OpenRC, I've settled on a middle ground of initrd
doing everything init-boot should take care of before loading the WM.
It probably shouldn't come as a surprise I don't believe in package managers
after seeing pacman automation forcing me to fix my system numerous times
(don't even get me started with apt) XD
But anyways, I'll reserve the rest of all that as well as the insane things I do
with python 3.4.3 for the forum once word gets around to the devs. :)
I'd love to give constructive feedback on `tazpkg remove` as well,
because it's hardly as insightful as `pacman -R` XD
Anyways, thanks again, and best regards to you too. :)
