I think it couldn't work under the current conditions because
p2p participants may have packages with the exact name
and different content.

It may be changed in the future (> SliTaz 5.0) versions
of the Cookutils and TazPkg with the different package
name scheme:
<name>-<version>-<revision>{-<arch>}.tazpkg
instead of current:
<name>-<version>{-<arch>}.tazpkg
