i'm not sure which is better or worse gmail or yahoo for posting to
this mailing list..
gmail has an issue whereby with mailing lists it doesn't show me the
email from it in the mailing list in the inbox (so I can't see for
sure if it actually appeared),

and yahoo has an issue of bounced emails
