Approval would help decrease the flow of spambots, but most do use some
known patterns within their registration. Some use bellard as it's
location or profession (probably because it somehow identified the
username bellard as important). I have also noticed similar websites
and keywords (like shiizen) being used. If we could find a plugin that
we can add these to a list, we could block them even before they're
registered.
