[SliTaz] 5.0 Release notes draft

Hi all,

If we want a 5.0 we need release notes!

Here is the wiki page we must work on, then we will htmlize it:

I'm going to Paris this year and in an other manifestation in France
organized by framsoft. I will make demo of SliTaz Desktop on laptops
and with a few Raspberry Pi (I will post more details about all that)

But this mean I will focus on fixing code and preparing these event. We
need someone to lead the relnotes organization and people writing
sections. Then we will call for translatations.

Volontary people ?
