Where does one run sessionstart_cmd? From the command line? From a shell prompt?
Why doesn't someone just do what was done in 3.0 and make a "vesa" version for 4.0? Or maybe take the 3.0-vesa, update the Minori browser to the current one that can do javascript and release it as 3.1-vesa?
