Explanation.
Packages, that don't have architecture dependent executables, can have single 'noarch' or 'any arch' package.
It is ash-based TazPanel and any of SliTaz homemade ash-based projects; iconsets, fonts, cursors; perl-scripts, python-scripts etc.
As example, we can have different busybox-i386, busybox-arm, but single tazpanel-noarch.
