Why don't you add a tool that lets you set the clock time and the date in slitaz? I've also submitted some problems in the bug tracker. (Issue 6) abotu the slitaz panel. Did you noticed? I'd like that these problems would be listened. I like slitaz and I'd like to make it batter :)
