Please take a look at http://mirror.slitaz.org/info/
You will need about 40G storage.
You can update your mirror with rsync (called every day by crond)
# rsync -azH rsync://mirror.slitaz.org/slitaz/ /your/slitaz/mirror
When your server is up, please send an email to this list, we will
update the mirror list :^)
