If you fix the wok using :
cp -a /home/slitaz/repos/wok /home/slitaz/repos/wok-backup
hg clone /home/gokhlayeh/Public/wok /home/slitaz/repos/wok
It will be fine anyway, because clone don't use the expanded files in the source repo but expand files using the mercurial datas in the .hg directory of the source repo after copy it.
