pplog is a blog engine written in Perl, it's not the kind of stuff we
package. Perl, Python or PHP application are usually installed by admin
or user, it's not complicate.
pplog requier Perl and so you must configure the web server (lighttpd)
to handle CGI/Perl script, there is a how to on lighty web site. But I
noticed that the script is in aplpha stage, so mybe note the best
choice for a personnal tiny blog.
I can suggest you Flatpress (PHP), light, fast and easy to use. You can
test it in 2 min on SliTaz: downlaod the tarball in hacker/user Public
directory and untar:

http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/flatpress/flatpress-crescendo-0.703.6.2.tar.bz2
$ tar xjf flatpress-crescendo-0.703.6.2.tar.bz2
Open Firefox on: http://localhost/~hacker/flatpress/
