[Sawfish] Librep 0.92.2 code review

Hello,

After my last report about the libtool problem, I noticed that when
building debian packages (source and binary) they are still named
"0.92.1~20110521-1nano" because the debian changelog haven't been
updated since the last release. Furthermore I have to change the debian
format from "3.0 (git)" to "3.0 (native)" to be able to build packages.
I joined a diff file to fix that. There should be more code review
before release in order to avoid trivial bugs even if it means to
release late. New contributors tend to follow projects with high quality
release.
