In sawfish-client you can type ",in sawfish.wm.ext.pager" and change
pager things, if I understood what the problem is. And you can use
sawfish-client with redirection, "sawfish-client - < tweaks-file >
/dev/null". Of course, there must another way to do it, in less hacky
way.
