Your submission shall include/ clearly specify the following;
1) Commercial offer (Priced offer + one copy of unpriced offer).
2) Delivery/ Completion period.
3) Facilities required from Galfar if any.
4) Deviation from specifications/ requirements if any.
5) Exclusions if any.
6) Technical Data Sheets.
7) Brand/Make, Country of Origin.
8) Compliance to RFQ documents as per list enclosed (signed and stamped copy of RFQ documents shall be submitted as compliance, any deviation shall be clearly indicated).
Notes:
· Materials to strictly abide with the specifications wherever mentioned, regardless of the general description, unless stated otherwise.
· Price offered shall be valid for partial quantities also.
· This request for quotation should be treated in strict confidence.
· Vendor shall mention RFQ reference in all correspondences & Please don’t change the Subject RFQ Number when replying to this RFQ.
· Submit your offer in our BOQ format itself and please don’t change any things in our specifications if you have any comments please write them down in the remarks columns.
