Hello,

you could install deb packages in download page, or use QET repository in the 
stable branch (Qt 5.3 version) for your Ubuntu 15.04.
Unstable packages is for Debian Sid with latest GCC and Qt 5.5.1.

What title block you use?
See menu project to make the project name, author, date, etc for all folios.
Don't need to compile, just add QET repository when your choice install QET is 
install all Qt 5 dependencies.
