[qet] QElectrotech Layer-to-Layer connection?

Hi,

is there a possibility to add an element,
which represents the connection
from a board's top side to the bottom side ?

I would like to design both sides of the board
but still be able to follow the connections,
when they flip to the other side and continue there.
I would need some kind of "metal hole" element, right? ...
