[qet] suggestion: gmane mirror for this mailinglist

i want to suggest to let gmane [1] mirror this list.

pro:
* people can read the list with a newsreader[2]
* people can send mail to the list with a newsreader and join the list 
easier
* its very handy for people who are active on many different lists. They 
dont need to create mailfilter to sort the ml and can access the 
information fast.
* the gmane mirror is optional and has no negative sideeffects to users 
who do not use it


con:
* only members of the mailinglist can SEND mail to the list but the 
mailing list is world-READable

* someone has to configure it (can be done by every one who has the "OK" 
by the listmaster but its a good idea if its done by the listmaster himself)
