[qet] Qelectrotech pour RHEL-6

For your information :
the next major version of RHEL will be available quite soon :

	Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 (Santiago)

	http://www.redhat.com/rhel/beta/

Version 6beta2 is publicly available:

	ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/rhel/beta/

The fedora community repository EPEL-6 is already ready and most of
packages are already build.

Of course, qelectrotech is one of the packages available in EPEL-6.

So, RHEL users could install qet by simply run

	yum install qelectrotech
