Updated to EPI 7.

Previous ebuild is too old, not even specifying EAPI. Yet gwc itself
got good changes - no need to sed for CFLAGS and DESTDIR support.
CFLAGS must be specified to meschach make directly, otherwise
they are not used (they would present on meschach make output).
And... by some reason CFLAGS make it to fail if don't begin with space,
because e.g. something like CFLAGS="-O2" turns to --O2 somewhere.

Don't remember when last time I tried it to be sure, how useful it is.
But audacity refers to it as more capable/specizlized tool for click
removal.
