[proaudio] bug: linuxsampler-9999 doesn't build (need make parser after config)

I tried to build LS-9999 to get latest features, but get this just on
first make step (fixable by runing "make parser" before make):

>>> Working in BUILD_DIR:
>>> "/var/calculate/tmp/portage/media-sound/linuxsampler-9999/work/linuxsampler-9999"
make -j2 -j1
make  all-recursive
.....BLAHBLAHBLAH.....
Making all in scriptvm make[3]: Entering directory
'/var/calculate/tmp/portage/media-sound/linuxsampler-9999/work/linuxsampler-9999/src/scriptvm'
make[3]: *** No rule to make target 'parser.h', needed by 'all'. Stop.
