A lot of ebuilds don't work anymore. The typical errors are "EAPI=0 is not supported" and "use() calls are not allowed in global scope". They're probably not conform with portage 2.3.0: * ERROR: media-sound/freqtweak-9999::proaudio failed (depend phase): * EAPI=0 is not supported * * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 606: Called source '/var/lib/layman/proaudio/media-sound/freqtweak/freqtweak-9999.ebuild' * freqtweak-9999.ebuild, line 5: Called inherit 'eutils' 'wxwidgets' 'flag-o-matic' 'cvs' * ebuild.sh, line 302: Called __qa_source '/usr/portage/eclass/wxwidgets.eclass' * ebuild.sh, line 102: Called source '/usr/portage/eclass/wxwidgets.eclass' * wxwidgets.eclass, line 63: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * die "EAPI=${EAPI:-0} is not supported" * * If you need support, post the output of `emerge --info '=media-sound/freqtweak-9999::proaudio'`, * the complete build log and the output of `emerge -pqv '=media-sound/freqtweak-9999::proaudio'`. * Working directory: '/usr/lib64/python3.4/site-packages' * S: '/var/tmp/portage/media-sound/freqtweak-9999/work/freqtweak-9999' * ERROR: media-sound/jost-0.4.6::proaudio failed (depend phase): * use() calls are not allowed in global scope * * Call stack: * ebuild.sh, line 606: Called source '/var/lib/layman/proaudio/media-sound/jost/jost-0.4.6.ebuild' * jost-0.4.6.ebuild, line 33: Called use 'amd64' * ebuild.sh, line 78: Called die * The specific snippet of code: * eval "${x}() { die \"\${FUNCNAME}() calls are not allowed in global scope\";
