[proaudio] SVN to Git migration, attempt 2

Hi all,

I've redone the migration from SVN again and force-pushed history to the
GitLab repo here:

https://gitlab.com/proaudio/proaudio/commits/master

This branch now includes:

- All SVN history up to 2007, when the tree was moved
- git-svn IDs removed
- Some ebuilds with critical issues that no longer build removed (were
making repoman die); if anyone still uses these please holler and we can
try to resurrect them.
- A couple fixes for issues that repoman didn't like
- Switched the repo to thin manifests
- ChangeLog files removed
- Some low-hanging repoman issues fixed en masse (metadata.xml errors,
$Id lines)
- Obsolete documentation files removed, README renamed
- Got rid of 00-PACKAGES-LIST (redundant info)
- Two commits that I had in my short-lived GitHub fork, fixing some
issues and bumping media-sound/rosegarden.

There are still lots of repoman errors, but right now all packages are
at least parsable so repoman doesn't abort on anything.

If anyone knows how to put together a mapping from SVN usernames to real
name / email, I could rewrite the commit authors to be more git-correct.

Note that this is still subject to change and rewriting history if I get
any suggestions that might involve that. Please do let me know if this
looks good. As I mentioned in my prior email, I don't want to step on
any toes, so if someone has objections to moving to Git or to how I've
done things here, please say so.
