[proaudio] Add polyphone to proaudio

Hi,

There is a soundfont editor called polyphone that seems to be
well-developed: http://www.polyphone.fr/index.php?lang=en&page=home
It would be nice to have it in the overlay. I didn't write an ebuild
because the dependency rtmidi fails to build.
