Updated as per your email.  Please check that both 0.9.58 and 0.9.67 work for you. The digest was correct as far as the faust source on my computer.. apparently it was updated at some point with no change in name to the zip file.

I submitted the bug report on 2014-05-26. The fact that it's still
unsolved despite the triviality of the solutions is really sad. It means
that the pro-audio project has poor maintenance, if any.
With this I'm not implying in any way a lack of good will in anybody
involved, don't take it personally, but the fact remains.
