With Ardour 3.2, Ardour started to support video :

It uses both xjadeo, and harvid.
xjadeo is available in the pro-audio overlay and has to be installed
separately, and harvid is not available.
harvid can be found here : https://github.com/x42/harvid
I think it would be convenient to provide an additional useflag for
ardour, something like video, which should install xjadeo and harvid
and activate support for video (and harvid can be used alone, even if
it seems to have been developped for ardour so a separate ebuild for
harvid is a goor idea also ?).
