i have little prob with the ardour-9999 ebuild:
1.)
want to build ardour without lv2 because lv2 blocks lv2core but USE-lv2
do not have any effect ... why?

Hello,
solved my problem, Sorry for the hasty question.
1.)
I use lv2 now and "emerge -C lv2core lv2fil".
2.)
After rebuild ardour and "mv ~/.config/ardour3 ~/.config/ardour3-BAK"
ardour start and work correct.
