[proaudio] mixxx-9999 update with a little surprise

Hi Guys,

Two of the patches for mixxx-9999 (mp4/m4a and wavpack) have been
applied upstream and removed from the ebuild.  I have also created a
mixxx-1.10.9999 ebuild and patch set.  This ebuild is for the 1.10
branch that includes lots of bug fixes but has not seen an official
release (yet/ever).  It should be close to or as stable as the 1.10
official source.   Enjoy!
