Hi
I have 2.4.1 from portage installed as well and it works fine for me on x86
(just tested briefly with jack/midi). The 20070707 is ~3 years older than
2.4.1, it would make sense to mask/remove those IMHO especially if it's
maintained in the portage tree and the 2007* ebuilds mess with the portage
version logic.
