I think media-sound/qjackctl/qjackctl-0.2.23.ebuild should be removed,
since there is a newer version which builds cleanly with Qt4 - why keep
the old version around?
Other ebuilds inheriting the removed qt3, kde or kde-functions eclasses:

They should probably be masked, since they can only be built after
adding the kde-sunset overlay.
kmidimon has recent releases ported to KDE 4 in official portage, so
it should also be removed from proaudio.
kguitar and ktabedit have KDE 4 support in SVN but not released
yet.
The openoctave-midi ebuild is for OOM1 - the project has a new
codebase, OOM2 but I'm not familiar with either.
simsam has a newer version (0.1.8) - I haven't checked whether it still
needs Qt 3.
The others don't seem to be developed any more.
