Qranger is an arrager software from Lionstracs
(http://www.lionstracs.com/), based on QTractor.
As QTractor is GPL, Qranger source code must be open source.
I have contacts with QTractor author, and now with QRanger developer.
They will release the source, and there ares some porting work to do, so
that the software that actually runs on a synthesizer (running Linux)
can run on a PC, and using 100% open source libraries (QRanger uses
libelastique from Lionstracs, which is closed source proprietary code).
Voilà, so there could be some days an ebuild for Qranger ;)
