Just download the file to /usr/portage/distfiles
To redo the digest (if it still doesn't work) go to
/usr/local/portage/layman/pro-audio/sys-kernel/rt-sources/ and do
$ ebuild rt-sources-2.6.29.6-r23.ebuild digest
