You must delete mixdeskrc for jmd to respect the command line args
(uncomfortable and weird I know). The mixer should automatically
reconnet. Can't remember if you need args for that.
If you need further help please tell me. I'll start working on
jackmixdesk again as soon as I am finished with some plugins I'm working on.
