Trying to compile the 9999 version, and it seems media-libs/phat-9999
should depend on dev-util/gtk-doc, which allows that to compile. But
some install paths somewhere are wrong, because zynjacku still fails
with this message:
checking for python module phat... no
configure: error: Could not find PyPHAT
although pyphat-9999 was installed right before this.
