[proaudio] alsa headers/drivers and jackdmp

hi folks,
would someone be able to make the 9999 versions of the alsa-headers and 
alsa-drivers point to the new git repositories? important for bleeding edge 
kernels ;)

and jackdmp (jack2) no longer uses scons to build so the ebuild fails. it now 
uses waf. could that be changed as well ?
