No, there is not. There is some confusion here. The -rt patches are
what change the kernel.org kernel and gives applications the
opportunity to use real-time features of the -rt enabled kernel. There
is no Gentoo kernel (to the best of my knowledge) that is patched with
the -rt patch set.
