You will need qt3 for kdelibs and any other qt3 app (like e.g.
museseq-0.9), and you will need qt4 for any qt4 app, like musescore etc.

But it is no problem at all to have both installed (beside disk space)
They slot nicely.

About your mscore error: no idea to be honest, your qt4 useflags should
be fine. What does "revdep-rebuild -Xp" say?
