Please update the overlay und try ardour-2.0 which got released
yesterday. Though i wonder why there is no error message.. that's maybe
a gcc segfault.

Try stable version, if the rror persists, look out for any compile error
message. If you get no error message, run memtest86 to see if your RAM
is hosed.
