you need to keyword rt-sources to get later versions, nevertheless I've 
updated the 2.6.16-r29 version to use this patches:
http://www.osadl.org/projects/downloads/preempt-rt/linux-2.6.16/

but please try the latest: patch-2.6.20-rt8
