hi guys,

thanks for all your fast responses! after looking through some shops i
finally decided on the ESI M4U:

apart from it's reasonable price (~80 €) for a 4x4 interface it also
stated linux support on the homepage - and this needs to be honoured ;)

so far it's working like a charm, maybe i'll make a short report after
some testing.
