[proaudio] layman usage notes

Hi folks,

as the global layman list still points to the old SVN repo (hope
they'll respond to our requests soon), here is a small workaround:

* If you already used layman for the overlay, then delete it first:

	layman -d pro-audio

* Then edit /etc/layman/layman.cfg and the URL to our list as below:

   overlays  : http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/overlays/layman-global.txt
                   http://proaudio.tuxfamily.org/layman-proaudio.txt

* Finally fetch the lists and add pro-audio:

	layman -fa pro-audio

* To update the overlay as usual

	layman -s pro-audio

I also updated the wiki to reflect that.
