You can ask #gentoo-dev so one will probably update the file

svn://svn.tuxfamily.org/svnroot/ckpp/proaudio
need to be replaced with
svn://svn.tuxfamily.org/svnroot/proaudio/proaudio



so for now you have to go to your overlay
and fetch it manually:
svn co svn://svn.tuxfamily.org/svnroot/proaudio/proaudio

(delete the old one)
