[proaudio] libclxclient/libclthreads ebuilds

hi,

i'm new to this list, first of all thanks a lot for maintaining this 
overlay!

when i tried to compile i saw that media-libs/libclxclient and 
media-libs/libclthreads fail to emerge so i updated the ebuilds to the 
latest version (and also new homepage/source urls).

is this still the usual way to update ebuilds, or should they be 
committed to pro-audio first, and if yes, how?
