2.6.17 solve the problem, but I get some system crash with it (-r8), so I just
removed it. I was reading somewhere at the problem with the 2.6.17-rt is the rt
patch, but as it is summer time for Ingo, we have to wait until it fixed
it.
I think at it is best to remove the patch so at the kernel will
compile. I am fine without boot splash anyway. The 2.6.16-rt29 kernel is the
best rt kernel I know, and as it is stable on the overlay, it is more important
at it compile as to have the fbsplah working.
It is another patch from Dmitry on the bug report. I have not try it but will
do that later today and can report how it work.
