[proaudio] snd emerge problem

As part of an emerge world my box wanted to update snd using the
pro-audio overlay:

1) snd failed as shown below.

2) I am seeing the pro-audio overlay twice. Is this because of
including Steel's make.conf edit as well as sourcing
pro-audio/make.conf? I suspect I should only be using one of those.
