So I’ve downloaded the latest release (pok-20140219), downloaded Ocarina (ocarina-2.0w-suite-i686-pc-cygwin-20141209) and according to the User Manual, need to get the cross-development tools.

Where do I get those?

 

BTW, is Ocarina only running on Windows XP and not 7?

Hello,

POK aimed at supporting ARINC653, MILS and real-time systems. About c++, it should required some work but nothing really terrible. There is already a support for PPC, you might need to adapt to your BSP. For the multi-core, it depends of what capability you want to use for multi-core systems and having a closer look might help.
