POK aimed at supporting ARINC653, MILS and real-time systems. About c++, it should required some work but nothing really terrible. There is already a support for PPC, you might need to adapt to your BSP. For the multi-core, it depends of what capability you want to use for multi-core systems and having a closer look might help..
