RPi should be quite simple because of *lots* of examples around (RTEMS, FreeRTOS, bare metal examples, ...).

Regarding your platform I think RTEMS or FreeRTOS should fit your needs too..

Yes, they are our first options, but, we want to work with partitioned systems.
Xtratum also is another option. Currently they are also ported to Cortex.
