I'm writing this mail to ask you about the licence of POK.
Is it legally to copy a file or a part of file to another project?

First, I think it is possible because of the file LICENCE used in the 
project :

But, at the beginning of each file, it mentioned this :

"You CANNOT use this file or a part of this file is this part of a file 
for your own project" isn't clear and tends to mean that we don't have 
the right to use it in other project.

Can you inform me about this?
