[pok-devel] Finding toolchain for Windows environment

Hi list!

I found out about POK a short while ago and would like to try it out. 
The user manual to be found in the snapshot from February 2011 instructs 
to use the toolchain in pok-toolchain-windows.zip (I am using Windows) 
which I am unable to find. Am I missing so obvious bit of information?
