[i18n.ostorybook] Translation for oStorybook version 5.59

Bonjour,

Certains d'entre vous ont déjà entrepris la traduction pour la 
publication prévue le 21 avril prochain. Il est vrai que d'ici là il 
peut encore y avoir des évolutions. Mais, comme on dit ici : "ce qui est 
fait n'est plus à faire". Toutefois, vous devez savoir que cette fois 
votre traduction devra s'accompagner d'un petit travail d'investigation.

En effet, l'évolution importante concerne la vérification 
orthographique, grammaticale et la proposition de synonymes et 
d'antonymes. Pour ce faire un dictionnaire spécifique a été développé 
pour le français, directement transposable pour les autres langues. J'ai 
pu trouver un dictionnaire pour l'anglais, ainsi qu'un site de 
référence, permettant d'assurer ces nouvelle fonctionnalités pour l'anglais.

Il est donc indispensable de collecter le même genre d'information pour 
toutes les langues. Voici le détail:

a) l'adresse d'un site Internet qui propose un service gratuit de 
recherche de synonyme et d'antonyme. À partir de cette adresse il me 
faudra décoder la page HTML pour pouvoir intégrer les éléments dans 
oStorybook. Ce sera un travail délicat pour lequel j'aurai certainement 
besoin de votre aide.

b) un dictionnaire des synonymes/antonymes (dont vous trouverez la 
description dans le guide indiqué ci-dessus).

Le fichier des messages comporte des rubriques "word.synonyms..." et 
"word.antonyms..." qui seront à compléter, entre autres, avec l'adresse 
du site de référence que vous aurez trouvé. Si vous ne trouvez aucun 
site valable il suffit de mettre un "!" en premier caractère pour la clé 
"word.sysnonyms.url" et "word.antonyms.url". Sinon vous aurez droit par 
défaut à l'anglais.

Some of you have already started the translation for the publication 
scheduled for April 21. It is true that there may still be some changes 
between now and then. But, as we say here "what is done is not to be 
done anymore". However, you should know that this time your translation 
will have to be accompanied by a little investigation.

In fact, the most important development is the spelling and grammar 
check and the proposal of synonyms and antonyms. For this purpose, a 
specific dictionary has been developed for French, which can be directly 
transposed to other languages. I was able to find a dictionary for 
English, as well as a reference site, allowing to provide these new 
features for English.

It is therefore essential to collect the same kind of information for 
all languages. Here are the details:

a) the address of a website that offers a free synonym and antonym 
search service. From this address I will have to decode the HTML page to 
be able to integrate the elements in oStorybook. This will be a delicate 
task for which I will certainly need your help.

b) a synonym/antonym dictionary (described in the guide above).

The message file contains the "word.synonyms..." and "word.antonyms..." 
which you will have to fill in, among other things, with the address of 
the reference site you have found. If you don't find any valid site, 
just put a "!" in the first character for the key "word.sysnonyms.url" 
and "word.antonyms.url". Otherwise, you will be defaulted to English.
